Our patented Direct Print System enables you to produce professional looking, long lasting badges within seconds. We supply the pre-printed card plates with your full-colour company logo.
The digital badge printer makes it easy to print a database of names and titles quickly, printing up to 190 badge plates per hour! Simply upload your list of names, print your name-plates and attach them to your name badge carrier plate. Its compact design makes it easy to move around if needed. Pair with our scratch resistant domes to extend the life of your badge and bring out the sharpness and detail of your logo. Badge carriers are available in a wide variety of shapes, sizes, and colours with your choice of durable fasteners. The pre-printed card plates are unique to Cawley and Corporate Insignia by Badgemaster, are supplied in multiples of 100 cards and can be produced to bespoke designs. (New designs subject to a minimum order quantity of 300 plus an origination fee)
About the system
Printed exactly like an ID card printer, the Cawley Badge Printer uses IDP printer ribbons, the standard black ribbon printing up to 1200 names. The Kiss-cut cards (Standard CR80 credit card size) are bespoke manufactured by Cawley to suit your colour and brand image, and are supplied with your logo pre-printed. The cards give you an absolutely unique methodology for on-premise on demand printing, simple to use and easy to maintain.
